Just found a great idea on how to install a small perf board that can be dropped into a pedal to allow experimenting with various types of diodes. It's called a Flexi Clip from DIY Fever

Thakns Michael,
Glad you are liking the MIY series. I have started Part 3 so keep checking back or RSS for the latest.
As for the schematic, I can't help you there but google can as a lot of people have gone about cloning this pedal.
At it's core it is a Tubescreamer-derived drive pedal, and the clipping works in the same way. If you open it up, near the IC chip you will see a pair of diodes (or MOSFETs in your case). They may be covered with epoxy, I'm not too sure.
Just take your time, proceed with care and have fun!

The MIY is great!!! Thank you! I am looking to increase the gain a tad in my Fulltone Full-Drive 2 Mosfet. This series has assisted me in understanding the concepts of what I need to do. Does anyone have, perhaps any advise for doing this type of mod? I have yet to locate a schematic. :-(

Thanks and THANK YOU for the great MIY series.
